Maia Care needed help increasing engagement of their app throughout the onboarding process and beyond to the main dashboard. I performed a UX audit and influenced different updates of content and language, information architecture, iconography, and other UI components.

Liberty Mutual needed their auto insurance quoting experience to clearly communicate which drivers needed to be listed on a policy, based on underwriting needs. This project required cross-team collaboration in an AGILE environment, UX research, translating convoluted language, A/B testing, and working closely with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulations.
